The 300UA60 formerly known as an International Rectifier part, is rated 600V and 300A, has a stud mounting style, features a DO-8 (DO-205AB) package and has a maximum operating temperature of 200°C.
The rectifier diode is designed and qualified for industrial level as a single circuit and has high surge capabilities and is used in general industrial current rectification applications.
