The IXTF1N400 is a very high voltage Power MOSFET specifically designed to address demanding, fast-switching power conversion applications requiring very high blocking voltages.

This series of very high voltage MOSFETs are ideal for parallel device operation, providing a cost-effective solution compared to the series-connected, lower voltage MOSFETs. These devices provide a reduction in the associated gate drive circuitry, simplify the design, save PCB board space and improve the reliability of the overall system.
