MEE250-12DA Fast Recovery Diode 1200V, 260A
MEE250-12DA is a phase-leg Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode (FRED). It is suitable for use in antiparallel diode for high frequency switching devices, inductive heating and melting, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), free wheeling diode in converters and motor control circuits, ultrasonic cleaners and welders applications.
