2A A1 British Standard Fuse 550V, 2A
The 2A A1 British standard fuse offers high rupture capacity which enables the prevention of both low and high fault currents from harming your electrical set up. This fuse offers improved reliability by reacting quickly in the event of a fault. This fuse is ideal for protecting devices such as car wiring circuits, motors and transformers.
- High rupture capacity
- gG application category
- Low arc voltage and low energy let-through (I2t)
- A1 fuse size
- Bolted tag type
The offset bolted tag design is compatible with many industrial distribution panels and fuse holders and provides a secure terminal connection.
Semiconductor protection fuses are used to protect against overcurrent in power electronic equipment. Semiconductor fuses are specifically designed to reduce the I2t, peak let-through current and arc voltages during a fault to protect and isolate semiconductor components such as diodes, thyristors and SCRs.
