Introducing the new HSKE-15A string diode by Ocram Power Electronics, designed specifically for the photovoltaic market.
The new HSKE-15A string diode features a low Vf of 0.8V, 15A maximum continuous current for a single diode and fast connections.
Ocram is a leading manufacturer of string diodes designed for photovoltaic panels and MC4 connectors. The company also specialises in rotating silicon rectifier assemblies, converter assemblies, string diodes, snubbers and custom designed inverters.
