Simplify your systems with IXTY2P50PA Power MOSFET

Find out more about the IXYS automotive grade -500V, 2A in TO-252 (DPAK) package
IXYS IXTY2P50PA

The IXYS IXTY2P50PA is an AEC-Q101 qualified -500V, -2A PolarP P-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET in TO-252 (DPAK) package. It uses the Polar technology platform resulting in a significant reduction in on-state resistance and gate charge. The P-channel MOSFET has low conduction loss and excellent switching performance, while its dv/dt and avalanche ratings make it extremely rugged in demanding operating environments and applications.
