SKPC100Z-440 Thyristor Trigger Module
The SKPC100Z-440 power control module allows triggering of a wide range of SCR’s for both zero voltage or instantaneous switching applications.

The SKNPC100Z-440’s improved design incorporates a wider range input logic voltages, operation in DC bridge types B2HZ/B2HKF and higher operating temperatures. The opto-isolated input circuit has a high sensitivity and is protected against reverse voltage connections. This device is particularly suited to high inductive or large in-rush current type loads.
