1.     SKa 1/17 Avalanche Diode

Semikron’s general purpose rectifier diodes feature controlled avalanche reverse voltage characteristics and are typically used for J-modules.

2.     SKa 3/17 Avalanche Diode

Semikron’s general purpose rectifier diodes feature controlled avalanche reverse voltage characteristics and are usually used for J-modules.

3.     SKa 1/13 Avalanche Diode

Semikron’s general purpose rectifier diodes featuring controlled avalanche reverse voltage characteristics and are typically used for J-modules.

4.     P600M Silicon Diode

Semikron’s standard silicon rectifier diodes are typically used in a wide range of end products.

5.     SKKT 250/16E Thyristor Module

10.  SKN 71/16 UNF Silicon Diode

The SKN 71/16 UNF features reverse voltages up to 1600V, hermetic metal case with glass insulator, threaded stud ISO M8 and also 1/4-28 UNF. Typical applications include: all-purpose mean power rectifier diodes, cooling via heat sinks, non-controllable and half controllable rectifiers, free-wheeling diodes and recommended snubber networks.
