Low-side Gate Driver ICs
IXYS Integrated Circuits Division showcases the largest portfolio of low-side gate driver ICs including: industrial grade versions and automotive grade versions (AEC-Q approved). Most versions are capable of driving SiC MOSFET gates and are available in six packages: DIP, SOIC, Power SOIC, DFN, TO-220 and TO-263.

The IXD_600 range offers the largest portfolio of low-side gate driver ICs, with a 35V operating voltage (40V max), automotive margin, meets SiC gate drive voltage requirements, features the highest current capability (up to 30A), is available in power packages, has -40°C to +125°C ratings and has AEC-Q100 qualified versions available (IXD_604SIA, IXD_604SI, IXD_609SI and IXD_614SI).
IXYS’ IXD_600 series gate drivers are used in automotive applications world-wide, including: 2kW DC/DC for hybrid sedan, 6.6kW on board charger for hybrid sedan, automotive induction motor drive and 3.3kW DC/DC for hybrid SUV.
