Littelfuse announces the product discontinuation of IXYS screw attachments for TO-240 bipolar modules

Littelfuse has this month announced the discontinuation of screws attachments for TO-240 bipolar modules in Asia, America, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Starting 1^st July 2021, the production of TO-240 packages has been fully moved to the Philippines (Lipa) factory. Due to limited resources of the Littelfuse EMEA warehouse, the TO-240 modules will no longer be attached with screws as complimentary accessories for EMEA customers.

The 3 M5x10 terminal screws for TO-240 were not previously counted as part of the module cost for customers. For those customers still requiring the M5x10 screws from us, they can be purchased with PN: IX500301. Please contact GD Rectifiers to obtain a price, MOQ and lead time.
