GD Rectifiers’ comprehensive range of heatsinks include:
Aluminium Heatsinks
With over 160 profiles in stock, we offer a broad range of extruded heatsinks that range in size and thermal performance. We machine the largest range of heatsinks suitable for stud, modules and capsule semiconductors plus high power LED applications from our factory in Burgess Hill.
Custom Heatsinks
Alongside the 160 profiles we have in stock, we can also design and manufacture custom heatsinks designed specifically to customer specifications. Contact our team today to discuss your heatsink requirements.
Forced-Air Cooled Heatsinks
Forced-air cooled heatsinks are used for the cooling of power semiconductor modules for traction and auxiliary power units in rail vehicles, cooling in renewable energies and the cooling of frequency converters in soft starters or in large drives.
Hollow Fin Heatsinks
Our hollow fin heatsinks are manufactured with maximum thermal efficiency in mind. The hollow fins improve the forced air cooling thermal efficiency significantly.
IXYS UK Heatsinks
IXYS UK provide a small range of high efficiency air cooled and solid fin heatsinks.
Semikron Heatsinks
Semikron offers a broad range of forced and natural air cooled heatsinks, available for capsules, insulated base modules and IPMs.
Solid Fin Heatsinks
We offer an extensive range of solid fin heatsinks designed specifically for devices used in industrial controls, medical and military equipment, motor drives and power controls.
Water and Oil Cooled Heatsinks
We offer a wide range of high quality water coolers for isolated base thyristor, diode and IGBT modules.
