IXYS Product Discontinuation Notice

IXYS are constantly looking to improve their service and value to customers, continuously making their supply chain more agile and respond to their customer’s product demand. As a result of this, IXYS are obsoleting part numbers IXXK100N75B4H1 and IXXX100N75B4H1. These parts are currently not highly demanded and are being substituted by the newest XPT Discrete IGBT product family.
