GD Rectifiers announce the launch of the SEMIKUBE 1500V DC

Semikron’s SEMIKUBE has extended its range with a 1300A, 2-Level inverter which can operate up to 1500V. The inverter provides safe operation under all conditions due to its state-of-the-art IntelliOff driving technology.
