Ocram was founded in 1999 and work in close partnership with Semikron to focus on innovation through renewable energy.  They service motor drives, wind energy, solar energy, power supplies and transport equipment applications.

 

Ocram’s High Voltage Diodes

Ocram’s high voltage diodes are hermetically sealed in ceramic tubes and are suitable for solder or screw connections. They are available in 2.5KV/180KV and 0.25A/30A and can be mounted in air or oil and have avalanche characteristics.

The high voltage diodes are typically used in the following applications: high voltage power supplies, electrostatic precipitators, cable test equipment, x-ray equipment, lasers and diagnostic medical equipment.
