IXYS now part of Littelfuse has expanded its bipolar rectifier thyristors portfolio by adding two 1800V phase-leg modules at 65A and 110A current ratings in a TO-240 package. The DCB based module provides the highest performance in thermal behaviour and power density. The long terms field reliability and stability is achieved thanks to rugged SCR designs. Target applications include soft start AC motor control, DC motor control, etc.
