Large Module Device Heatsinks

We offer a large range of high-efficiency large module device and LED lighting heatsinks available in hollow fin or solid fin heatsinks types. Our large module device heatsinks provide increased thermal resistance due to a larger surface area than a smaller one of the same geometry. The rate of heat transfer across a surface is proportional to both the temperature differential and the surface area, so a larger surface area means a proportionately higher rate of heat transfer.
