Single Phase Assemblies

Designed for all industrial power applications

Single phase assemblies are a two-wire alternating current (AC) power circuit. There is usually one power wire known as the phase wire and a neutral wire with current flowing between the power wire and the neutral wire.

At GD Rectifiers we offer a full range of single phase rectifier assemblies that are built with several combinations of power semiconductors including thyristors, diodes and modules connected as single phase bridges mounted onto heat sinks. As well as our standard range of rectifiers, we can also manufacture customer specific assemblies using power semiconductors provided by IXYS, IXYS UK Westcode, Semikron or Dynex.

We offer a broad range of topologies including: single phase diode bridges (B2U), single phase fully controlled bridges (B2C), single phase half controlled bridges (B2HA, B2HAF, B2HK, B2HKF, B2HZ), single phase fully controlled voltage regulators (W1C), and single phase half controlled voltage regulators (W1H).
