GD Rectifiers is a UK Distributor of obsolete and hard to find electronic components, including integrated circuits, semiconductors and resistors. We work hard to find our customers a modern day alternative to obsolete components.

At GD Rectifiers, we manufacture a number of flat base conversion kits used to replace obsolete flat based diodes and thyristors. Flat based devices are historically used in rotating applications and can be replaced using either a stud with the thread removed or a capsule combined with a GD Rectifiers clamp solution.

  

Our most popular clamp/capsule solutions are the standard 010160 and the three off centre 010161, 010161A and 010161B versions. The off centre versions are useful when there are space issues to consider.
