The IXFN32N100P is a Polar™ HiPerFET™ Power MOSFET, featuring low package inductance making it easy to drive and protect.

The device combines the strengths of the Polar product family characteristics with a faster diode, providing a reduced reverse recovery time (trr) to make it suitable for phase-shift bridges, motor control and uninterruptible power supply applications.
This family of HiPerFETs provides lowest RDS(on), low RthJC, low Qg, and enhanced DV/DT capability.
