IXTH36N50P Polar™ Power MOSFET 500V, 36A
This series incorporates Polar technology to achieve low on-state resistances. These Polar MOSFET devices feature low gate charge values providing more efficient switching and additional protection against over-voltage thanks to it’s avalanche capabilities.
