SKHI 22A R IGBT Driver 1700V, 20A

The SKHI 22A R is a dual SEMIDRIVER™ Hybrid Driver for half-bridge IGBT modules. The device is available with standard isolation (isolation testing voltage 4000VAC, 2 seconds).

The new driver generation consists of a hybrid component which can directly be mounted to the PCB. All devices necessary for driving, voltage supply, error monitoring and potential separation are integrated in the driver.
