Semikron IGBT Modules
Semikron manufacture a range of IGBT modules available in various packages; SEMiX, Semitrans, SKiM, MiniSKiiP, and Semitop. The range of IGBT (Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistors) modules start from 4A to 1400A in voltage classes from 600V to 1700V. Semikron’s IGBT modules are used in a variety of applications offering key technologies such as: sintering, spring or pressfit contacts for easy and fast assembly. The wide range of topologies that Semikron offer cover almost all application fields.
The SEMiX house: half bridge, 6-pack, and chopper circuits. The Semitrans house: half bridge, 6-pack, chopper, and single switch circuits. The SKiM package house 6-pack circuits. The MiniSKiiP package house 6-pack circuits. And the Semitop package house: half bridge, 6-pack, chopper, and single switch circuits.

IXYS IGBT Modules
The Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) is a three terminal device combining high efficiency with fast switching capabilities. IXYS manufacture an extensive range of IGBT technologies optimised for various topologies, circuits and requirements in power semiconductor applications, these include: BIMOSFET (Reverse Conducting IGBTs), Extreme Light Punch Through (XPT), Punch through (PT), Non Punch Through (NPT), Very High Voltage NPT and Press-Pack IGBTs.
IXYS offer a wide range of IGBT Modules ranging from 50A to 330A and 600V to 6500V. IXYS’ range features: Single, Dual, High Side Chopper, Low Side Chopper, H-Bridge and Six-Pack. PCB mountable modules and screw terminal modules are also available.
IXYS offer a wide range of Six Pack IGBTs, Phase Leg IGBTs and Converter Brake Inverter Modules. They are designed for a large range of applications such as: AC motors, switch-mode power supplies or standalone equipment for applications such as solar power and back up power supplies from batteries.
The IXYS six-pack modules integrate a three-phase inverter circuit into a single module, making it possible to create a compact design for the main circuit. IXYS’ wide range of power inverters convert the DC voltage to an AC voltage, with a range of 600V-2200V.
IXYS IGBT Modules are available from GD Rectifiers, PCB mountable modules and screw terminal modules are also available to order.

- High integration such as phase legs or 3~ input rectifiers in one package

Dynex IGBT Modules
Dynex offers a wide range of industry leading high power IGBT modules ranging from 6.5kv 100A, 4.5kv 1500A and 3.3kv 1800A. Their next generation range of high power IGBT modules incorporate a choice of DMOS or Trench-Gate technology and are robust to offer high reliability at any temperature condition from -40/50°C up to +150°C.
One of the major benefits of the high power IGBT modules is the low inductance power busbar designs, enabling the module to cope with fast switching transients such as those of next generation trench gate IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs. Other key features include: high DC stability via advanced edge termination design and passivation, high short circuit capability-wide SCSOA, self-limiting short circuit current, class-leading robustness and AISiC baseplate for increased thermal cycling capability.

The new Dynex technology ‘High Current Density Enhanced DMOS SPT’ is available in single, dual, chopper and half bridge configurations and has a custom design and manufacture capability.
