Introducing IXYS’ new Alternistor TRIAC – Q6035NAH5
The Littelfuse Q6035NAH5 35A Alternistor TRIAC is a bi-directional solid-state switch that operates in Quadrants I and II triggered from the AC line. The new TRIAC features 600V voltage and 350A surge capability at 60Hz half cycle. The TRIAC is RoHS-compliant, AEC-Q101 qualified and complies with ANSI/J-STD-002, category 3, and Test A standards. The Q6035NAH5 is used in applications with extremely inductive loads requiring high commutation performance. Typical applications include AC solid-state switches, industrial power tools, white goods, exercise equipment, motor speed control, and commercial appliances.
